Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has visited an Australian government funded ‘innovation landing pad’ in Tel Aviv, designed to help Australian entrepreneurs get a leg up into the thriving Israeli startup industry.
But Ms Bishop was presented with a starkly different tech scenario during meetings in the West Bank with the Palestinian Economic Minister.
