Jon Faine knows how to be disdainful and he goes into this radio conversation in true form. He mispronounces Genende’s name, dropping the ‘e’ off the end. He puts Rabbi Genende on the spot, when he suggested that Jews should pull their finger out and do more to help others. Faine also tried to pin on to the Jewish Community that it is especially sceptical about interfaith activities.
Faine is only too willing to say that he discarded his Jewishness because he didn’t believe in it. Unfortunately Faine with all his ignorance and misinformation about Judaism takes too many opportunities to slander it.
