Judaism welcomes LGBTI Jews

Orthodox Rabbi Yaakov Glasman, of St Kilda Synagogue, argues that LGBTI Jews are no less loved in the eyes of God, but are victims of a far deeper social stigma that owes little to what brand of Judaism they belong to.

Rabbi Fred Morgan, former senior rabbi of Temple Beth Israel Progressive Jewish Congregation in Melbourne, explains its attitude to LGBTI Jews, which includes commitment ceremonies. He also discusses the ‘black list’ recently circulated from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
