White supremacists target Melbourne schools with posters campaign

A WHITE supremacist group has plastered racist posters across two elite Melbourne high schools.

Private school Melbourne Grammar and select-entry public school, Melbourne High, were targeted over the weekend.

Posters were emblazoned with “keep Australia white”, “stop the hordes” and even called for the killing of Jewish people to be legalised.

They also encouraged supporters to “join your local Nazi group”.

Education Minister James Merlino condemned the posters.

“This is incredibly concerning for our school communities,” he said.

“These sort of vile and disgusting comments and posters are not acceptable in the community and those individuals that placed them should be ashamed of themselves.”
