Tel Aviv shooting: Well-dressed men open fire at popular food market

At least three people were killed and several seriously wounded in a mass shooting at a trendy Tel Aviv shopping and restaurant plaza on Wednesday night. The attacks occurred outside a popular Max Brenner cafe, near Israel’s Defence Ministry.

Police said two assailants were in custody. One of the gunmen was wounded. Israeli authorities described the shootings as a terror attack.

The identities of the attackers were not released by police but they said they two Palestinians from a village near the city of Hebron in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, were apprehended, and one of them was wounded.
