That anti-Semitism is on the rise should come as no surprise, as it’s the oldest hatred in the world (“Attacks on Jews a threat to all society”, 27/11). What’s sad has been the push to scrap racial discrimination laws to give Holocaust deniers the freedom to propagate this hatred.
Anti-Semitism has been rife for two millennia yet Jews still flourish. This latest surge is just a minor obstacle on an unending path to triumph.
