 ebinar\, ‘Gender Equality: Tips\, Hurdles and Successes’ on Wednesday 
 12 August 2020\, 1-2pm.\n\nThe purpose of this webinar is to support leade
 rs and change makers from Jewish organisations to succeed in achieving the
 ir gender equality aspirations. By providing an inspirational and informa
 tive interactive forum for organisations to learn from others’ experienc
 es\, lessons\, hurdles and successes in gender equality.\n\nThis online we
 binar will be interactive\, with three speakers and time for participant q
 uestions.\n\nSpeakers include:\n\n• Cameron McLeod (General Manager\, 
 Community Engagement\, North Melbourne Football Club (NMFC). A social entr
 epreneur and transformational leader\, Cameron is passionate about harness
 ing the power of sport to create social and economic change to reach and e
 ngage disadvantaged communities) to discuss how NMFC has driven Workplace 
 Equality and Respect into reality including drivers\, goals\, how they beg
 an\, challenges and advice.\n\n• Jennifer Huppert (President of the Je
 wish Community Council of Victoria (JCCV)\, Board member of the Victorian 
 Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission\, a lawyer who has served on
  not for profit Boards\, the Legislative Council of the Parliament of Vict
 oria and was a director of the Emergency Services State Superannuation Fun
 d) to discuss how JCCV has implemented gender equality into its policies a
 nd procedures.\n\n• Annette Charak (President of Shira Hadasha\, an Or
 thodox synagogue\, pushing the boundaries of women’s involvement in syna
 gogue life) to discuss how this synagogue has managed to meld Jewish Ortho
 dox practice and gender equality.\n\nThis webinar is part of the #MakeSpa
 ceForHer campaign and will launch our Gender Equality Community of Practi
 ce\, an ongoing regular informative and interactive forum in which organis
 ational leaders and change makers can learn from each other’s’ experie
