Noura Mansour, a Palestinian educator, writer, activist and community organizer, originall from Acre in Israel was interviewed on the 3CR Tuesday Hometime program on 3CR Community Radio by Jan Bartlett.
On 8 July 2019, the confirmation of charges hearing in the case The Prosecutor v. Al Hassan Ag Abdoul Aziz Ag Mohamed Ag Mahmoud opened before Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (ICC), composed of Judge Péter Kovács, Presiding Judge, Judge Marc Perrin de Brichambaut and Judge Reine Alapini-Gansou.
The hearing is scheduled until 17 July 2019. The judges will hear successively the oral submissions of the Prosecutor, the Legal Representatives of the Victims and the Defense.
