AJA President Dr David Adler appeared on the Bolt Report with Andrew Bolt in the wake of an antisemitism scandal at Adelaide University.
Dr Adler discussed rising antisemitism at Australian universities and called for the adoption of the IHRA definition of antisemitism in Australian educational institutions. Dr Adler said that if Adelaide University is funding the student union, this should be suspended until it adopts policies compliant with the university’s code of conduct.
He said, “This is embracing and advocating and supporting violence. Free speech is great, until the point of inciting hatred and violence”
