New South Wales Police hope a reward will provide crucial information as they try to crack a 40-year-old terrorism cold case.
40 years ago, a bomb went off in front of the Israeli Consulate in Sydney’s CBD, leaving multiple people injured by shrapnel and glass and causing significant damage to the building.
Later that day, another device failed to properly detonate in the basement of the Hakoah Club in Bondi.
On the first day of a coronial inquest examining the cold case, the reward for information has been increased to $1 million.
Police have also released images of three people who are believed to have information.
