On Saturday April 7th in Melbourne at the State Library a pro-Palestinian rally was organised in reaction to what is happening on the Gaza border, where Gazans infused with militants and egged on by Hamas have been gathering to violently protest Israel’s right to exist. A counter rally called the ‘Israeli Embassy’ was organised by the Australian Liberty Alliance with their chief spokesperson Avi Yemini speaking.
