Europe is hoping to salvage a nuclear deal with Iran despite the US president Donald Trump withdrawing from the pact.
The other members of the deal, including France, Britain, Germany, Russia and China, are hopeful the agreement will stand even after America leaves.
The White House has further damaged the stability of the deal by threatening sanctions against companies that deal with Iran.
