I’m appalled to see that Georgie Crozier, a Victorian Liberal MP whose Electorate Office is minutes from the Jewish Holocaust Centre, endorsed the disgraceful slur of Transport Minister Jacinta Allan’s recent actions being likened to Goebbels-style censorship.
Jacinta Allan took a brave and moral stand to remove Sky News bulletins from public train stations after they hosted neo-Nazi Blair Cottrell in studio. The Nazis murdered six million Jews. A man who wants a photo of Hitler in every classroom should never be given a platform on national TV. Comparing this to the actions of the Nazi regime is beyond offensive.
I condemn this appalling slur. Georgie Crozier should apologise and I call on all Liberals to call it out – starting with David Southwick & Matthew Guy.
