Measles resurgence in US hits 23 states as blame game continues

Around the world, health authorities are grappling with a resurgence of measles cases, which are up 300 per cent during the first three months of this year.

In the United States, there are now outbreaks in 23 states.

It’s the worst incidence of the disease since it was nearly eradicated almost 20 years ago.

One of the hot spots for the current outbreak is New York City.
