The Darlo Country Club is debuting its weekly Dine and Dance series, a pop-up disco that will incorporate a specific theme into its cocktails, décor, entertainment and cuisine.
Coming up is the Tel Aviv Issue. The evening will involve Middle Eastern flavours with a modern twist by young Israeli chefs, Jude Cohen and Tal Buchnik. Try share plates, dips, the pair’s deconstructed baba ganush and Bedouin lamb shoulder, which is slow-cooked with dried fruits and cinnamon on a bed of rice and nuts.
Sittings are at 6pm and 8.30pm.
