The ABC is meant by law and charter to be unbiased. Every day it breaches that fundamental obligation. Today’s example? Jon Faine, one of the green-Left hosts on ABC radio, discusses the Extinction Rebellion: “We’re not giving time to climate deniers.”
A: note the offensive reference to “deniers”, a deliberate link to Holocaust deniers.
B: note the ban.
If Faine had the facts on his side, he would not fear debate.
But listeners must at least know that it is ABC policy to give them only half the story about this hysterical climate alarmism that has taken over the national broadcaster.
