Right-wing extremists are using online gaming forums including those with Australian members to make sick posts lauding Christchurch mosque mass murderer Brenton Tarrant as a “hero” and giving vile tips for carrying out mass shootings.

A special investigation by The West can reveal white supremacists have even created a private world on kids’ game Minecraft that mocks the Holocaust — complete with swastikas and gas chambers.

Posts on a forum hosted by gaming chat site Discord also discuss killing Jews and Muslims. The forum is being promoted by users on Minecraft.

The Federal Government will consider action on gaming platforms in its new Online Safety Act.
