Earlier this week, the Israeli Government approved emergency measures for its security service to use mobile phone surveillance to track the movement of people.
Although they’ve said this measure will help curb the spread of coronavirus in the country, the move sparked widespread criticism by politicians and civil rights groups.
However, sources on the ground say that, despite attempts at social distancing, the community is still living life as usual.
