PM Bibi Netanyahu envisages that Israel will have innoculated its entire adult population against Covid-19 by the end of April.
Inn the meantime there are many cases of Covid-19 in the Palestinian Territories and their health authorities who have the responsibility for managing the pandemic under the Oslo Accords are struggling with limited resources at their disposal.
