Dozens of artists and their crew have withdrawn from the Sydney Festival in the wake of an escalating boycott over the event’s acceptance of funding from the Israeli Embassy.
Chair of the Sydney Festival David Kirk says the festival is undertaking a comprehensive review after putting artists in compromised positions.
