Pickling olives the Palestinian way

A lot of people find it easier to let the birds and wallabies have them as a snack. But for Dr Adel Yousif of the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture, picking, pickling and eating olives is an important and uplifting part of his life that keeps him connected to his roots.
