A TRAVELLING exhibition about Anne Frank will open in Wanneroo this week.
The City of Wanneroo’s Gallery will host the ‘Let me be myself, the life story of Anne Frank’ exhibition that tells the story of the Jewish girl who went into hiding during World War II to escape from the Nazi movement.
Together with seven other people, she hid for more than two years in a secret annex in Amsterdam.
It also highlights the relevance of her story in contemporary society, particularly in relation to prejudice, discrimination and exclusion.
