A bar in Israel is offering a special happy hour discount for any woman on her period.
Anna Loulou, in Jaffa, is advertising 25 percent off drinks during so-called ‘Bloody Hour’.
They wrote on their Facebook page:
“We are proud and excited to launch ‘Happy Hour’s’ new, lively sister – Bloody Hour! A happy hour for days of menstruation.”
In fact the discount not only goes to the women in question, but to anyone in attendance at the time and can be redeemed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
“And don’t worry, you won’t need to provide proof,” the Facebook post assured patrons. “The happy hour is based on trust.”
